About

Emily Erkel is the co-founder of LePrix, the leading B2B platform reinventing how businesses source pre-owned luxury. 

With over two decades of luxury retail and resale experience, Emily has a wide breadth and depth of experience from working in-house at companies including Gap, Chanel and Hermès as well as consulting for Louis Vuitton, Uniqlo and more. 

Prior to LePrix, Emily led Gap's North America strategy, working closely with the executive team. Before that, Emily was a retail strategy manager for Accenture, where she advised large retail and ecommerce clients on strategy, international expansion and consumer insights. 


Emily has been a featured speaker at NRF’s Big Show and a podcast guest on NPR's How I Built This, NRF's Retail Gets Real and on Marianna Hewit's podcast, Life with Marianna.

Emily is a frequent guest speaker at Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and Fashion Institute of Technology.

She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and holds a B.S. with honors in Management Information Systems from Virginia Tech. Emily currently resides in Washington, DC with her husband, two kids and two shih-tzus.
